Quit smoking in the new year

Well, Christmas is almost upon us and shortly after the new year. This is the time when many people make ‘New Year Resolutions’  to improve their lives or finances. Probably the most common made is to quit smoking and this is most likely the one resolution that is most often broken.

As a former practising Hypnotherapist I can tell you that quitting smoking is still one of the most popular reasons that people visit their therapist.
